Lynch Go Large With New Terex® Trucks

MOTHERWELL, SCOTLAND, DECEMBER 2007 --- Since July 2007, leading plant hire company Lynch has proved itself a serious player in the heavy equipment plant market by taking delivery of an impressive 15 Terex® articulated dump trucks out of a total order for 20. They now own one of the largest Terex® fleets in the UK.

With an increasing number of requests for heavier construction equipment being taken, Lynch has made the decision to support its customers’ needs by investing in an impressive new fleet of TA25 and TA30RS Terex® trucks. The success of their first Terex® trucks, and the positive customer feedback that followed, meant there was only one obvious choice of supplier for their next purchase. There is no shortage of demand for the machines, with all of them currently out on hire, 6 of which are currently working at a demolition site in Central London.

Merrill Lynch, of Lynch Plant Hire, explained, “We buy Terex® equipment because the Terex speed of response to our queries has ensured downtime is kept to a minimum - a key factor we consider when making any kit purchases. The trucks have already been out on hire at demolition and construction sites throughout the UK and operator feedback has been extremely positive. There’s no doubt they can handle the toughest jobs.

We chose Terex to supply our trucks because their customer and sales support team could supply 3 TA30RSs in an incredible 48 hours after we requested them, meaning that we could get the machines on the job for the date our customer had specified.
